PRETTYSLIP was inspired by my mother - a fashion designer and seamstress - who taught me that the right outfit can change how you carry yourself. Watching her create pieces by hand showed me that fashion isn't just about clothes, it's about confidence.

Refund & Delivery Policy

Due to the nature of our products and to keep prices accessible, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect sizing

- Style or color preference

- Items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Items Not Received

A refund will only be issued if an order is confirmed as not delivered by the shipping carrier.

To qualify, all of the following must apply:

- The tracking number shows no delivery confirmation

- The shipping carrier confirms the package is lost in transit

- The customer contacts us within 7 days of the last tracking update

Once verified, we will issue:

- A refund, or

- A replacement (at our discretion)

Incorrect Address

PRETTYSLIP is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow:

- 3–5 business days for processing

- 7–14 business days for delivery

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
